Cancellation Policy

Studio 21 Studio Hire Policy 1. Booking & Payment All studio hires must be booked in advance through our online booking system or via email. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the space. Regular weekly hirers may request a monthly invoice. Monthly payments must be made in advance, and bookings are non-refundable. Prices are listed per hour, half-day and full-day. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking will receive a full credit to use against any future studio hire. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are non-refundable. 3. Studio Access & Timings Early access must be arranged in advance and may incur a charge. Hirers must leave promptly at the end of their session. Overrunning will incur a charge for additional time. Doors must be kept closed during sessions to maintain privacy and reduce noise impact on other studios. 4. Included Equipment The following equipment is included with your studio hire: Bluetooth speaker suitable for dance/fitness Full-length mirrors in Studio 1 and Studio 2 only Heating/ventilation Cleaning products (wipes, spray, blue roll) 5. Use of Equipment Hirers must use all equipment responsibly and report any faults immediately. Any damage caused deliberately or through misuse will be charged to the hirer. 6. Cleaning & Behaviour Hirers must leave the studio as they found it. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess (e.g. glitter, food, arts materials). No outdoor footwear is permitted on dance flooring unless agreed in advance. Smoking, vaping or alcohol use is strictly prohibited in the building. 7. Safeguarding & Children Any sessions involving children or vulnerable people must have adequate adult supervision. Hirers are responsible for their own safeguarding procedures, DBS checks and risk assessments. 8. Liability & Insurance Hirers must ensure they have their own public liability insurance where appropriate (e.g. instructors, businesses, fitness teachers, choirs). Studio 21 is not responsible for personal possessions left unattended. Any damage to the studio, flooring, mirrors, fixtures or equipment will be charged at repair or replacement cost. 9. Rights & Refusal of Service Studio 21 reserves the right to: Refuse bookings that pose a risk to the premises or other users Remove persons acting in an unsafe or inappropriate manner Cancel bookings for safety or maintenance reasons (credit or refund provided)
